At ITQAN International School, we welcome students from diverse backgrounds who are eager to grow academically, socially, and personally within our nurturing and values-driven environment. Admission is open to children from Preschool through Lower Secondary, and each application is carefully reviewed to ensure a good match between the student’s needs and our academic programs.

General Requirements:

• Completed application form (online or paper-based).
• Copy of the child’s birth certificate or passport.
• Two recent passport photographs of students and parents.
• Previous school reports or transcripts (where applicable).
• Copy of the child’s health/medical record (including immunizations).
• For transfer students: a recommendation letter from the previous school.

Application Process

Our admissions process is designed to be smooth, transparent, and supportive for families.

Step 1: Inquiry & School Tour
Parents are encouraged to contact the Admissions Office or schedule a school tour to learn more about our programs, facilities, and philosophy.

Step 2: Application Submission
Complete and submit the admission form (hardcopy), along with all required documents listed above.

Step 3: Assessment & Interview

• Preschool and Kindergarten: Age, play-based observation and interaction.
• Primary & Lower Secondary: placement assessment in English, Mathematics, and general aptitude.
• Parent meeting with the Principal/Administrator to discuss expectations and student needs.

Step 4: Admission Decision
Successful applicants will receive an offer of admission letter along with details of fees and enrollment requirements.

Step 5: Enrollment & Orientation
Upon payment of fees, students are officially enrolled. New families are invited to attend our Parent Orientation Program to ease their transition into the ITQAN community.

Bus Services

To make school access convenient and safe, ITQAN International School provides a dedicated bus service across selected routes in Accra. Our buses are modern, well-maintained, and supervised by trained staff to ensure student safety.

Features of ITQAN Bus Services:

• Professional Driver & Attendant: The bus has a qualified driver and an attendant to supervise students during transit.
• Safe & Comfortable: Fully equipped with seatbelts and maintained to the highest safety standards.
• Designated Routes: Covering key areas such as Dzorwulu, Abelenkpe, East Legon, and Spintex. Other locations are yet to be added.
• Affordable Rates - subject to termly arrangements.
• Door-to-Door Service: Pick-up and drop-off at designated students’ homes.
